Privacy Policy

Atopiq is a local-first eczema tracking app. Your skin logs, profile photos, routines, medications, notes and check-ins start on your device. Optional Supabase backup can store a small recovery copy if you choose to use it.

What the website collects

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, who you are tracking for, consent, source page and basic browser information in Supabase so we can send launch and beta updates. We do not sell, rent or trade waitlist emails.

What the app collects

Tracking data is stored locally by default. If you use cloud backup, Atopiq can store a recovery copy in Supabase. Profile photo image blobs are kept out of cloud sync to reduce sensitive storage and keep backups lightweight.

Accounts

Atopiq uses Supabase Auth for email/password accounts. Passwords are handled by Supabase. Do not send us passwords or medical records by email.

Your choices

You can export, import or delete local app data from inside the app. For waitlist deletion or Supabase account deletion help, contact hello@atopiq.app.

Health data notice

Atopiq is a consumer wellness tracker, not a clinic, insurer, pharmacy or medical record system. It is not a HIPAA-covered service.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
